Just spent the weekend at the Kingsclub which is the new addition to the Kingsmills hotel. The room was amazing and had patio dorrs with a beautiful view of the golf course. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was amazing. The hotel is a nice short walk from the town centre. We had a lovely weekend and hope to return again soon.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time out to write a review. I was delighted to read that you really enjoyed your stay, found the room amazing and our associates very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well placed for access from the main routes into Inverness, yet is just a short walk into the city.

I look forward to welcoming you back.

Kind Regards

We visted Inverness for the 2nd time last week, (we visited once before about 10 years ago) and decided to come back fr the weekend. We stayed in the kingsclub which is a small luxury add on hotel from the kingsmills. It was 1st class service from start to finish, we were treated like royalty all weekend by one of the receptionists, Jennifer i think her name was, apologies if im wrong. She made it so special for us and highly hope to see her on our return, you should be highly commended. We didnt have dinner in either of the hotels but both restaraunts looked lovely we had a full breakfast , really really tasty which is unlike some hotels, which set us up for the day. Didnt use leaisure club either as we wanted to spend as much time in th room as it was so nice.
Next time we return to Scotland we will definately stay at the kingsclub and hope for a similar experience. Thanks kingsmills!!!

Dear Guest,

Thank you for the feedback. That is a title all of our associates will be very proud to read. I am delighted you really enjoyed your stay and Jennifer WOWed you throughout. The breakfast is a great offering and we do get a lot of very positive comments about.

On your next stay you will have to try the dinner offering also, there is two restaurants: the Inglis restaurant offering a fixed price menu or or Conservatory Menu offering our a la carte menu.

Look forward to welcoming you back at some point in the future.

Kind Regards

The overall trip was good but the hotel was full of kids on the Saturday. There was a kids party in the swimming pool. The set menu was not great value as we did not get much I.e 5 chips with a steak and chewy fillo pastry with the apple strudel

Dear Guest,

Thank you for the feedback. I was disapointed to read that you thought the hotel lacked detail. We have two hotels on the one site Kingsmills hotel, which is a tradition 4 star country house hotel which is very much family friendly, the other hotel is Kingsclub and Spa which is a new, exclusive, modern, contemporary hotel. The Kingsclub and Spa may be more suited to your needs for a future stay.

I was also surprised to see your comments regarding dinner. We offer two restaurants, an a la carte restaurant - Conservatory and a fixed price menu in our Inglis restaurant. The Inglis restaurant offers 3 course at present for £19.50, the menu changes weekly, however the signnature dish features each week of fillet steak and chips with a bernaise sauce.

I was sorry to hear you felt your strudel pastry was not up to standard, if your service team were made aware of this, an alternative dessert would have been offered without question.

I would like to encourage you to come back and try us again. I am confident we can change your opion of our hotel. If you wish to do so please contact me directly and I can assist you.

Kind Regards
