My friend and I had a three night stay here when attending shows at the Eden court. We received a very warm welcome and the hosts Bill and Morag couldn't do enough for us. The room was spotless and bathroom looked brand new. The breakfasts were the best I have ever had - cooked to order unlike most of the big hotels. There was also a lovely sitting room with plenty of information about things to see and do in the area. It is in an ideal location with plenty of parking and just a short walk into town. I will certainly be returning here on my next visit to Inverness.

Spent two nights here in September with my sister during our two week vacation in Scotland. Beautiful B & B, excellent location - just a short walk to the city center with many dining options and shopping opportunities. Excellent breakfast each morning. Morag had terrific suggestions for places to eat and where to hear good local music; she also recommended we visit Cawdor Castle and we were very happy that she told us about it...beautiful castle and gardens! We originally booked for one night but we realized we wanted to stay and explore another day and we were able to stay an extra night but in a different room. Both rooms were really nice - very clean, quiet, cozy. Parking lot was a bonus. Definitely recommend Ballifeary Guest House. Would absolutely stay there again if I ever get back to Inverness.

We were very impressed with Bill & Morag. They were very helpful with both places to eat in Inverness and things to see in the area. The rooms were spotless and very modern. Breakfast was amazing. The only problem I could say would be that it took a long time to get hot water in the morning.

My Mom and I found ourselves in Inverness without a reservation and came upon Ballifeary Guest House We were warmly welcomed by the owners and were so comfortable during our one night stay. While the B&B has a beautiful victorian look and feel, it is amazingly modern and immaculately clean. Completely new fixtures, brand new carpet in the spacious rooms. Luxurious towels and bedding. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Wi-Fi worked well in the main areas of the house. It is situated off the main drag by a couple of blocks which meant it was quiet and convenient to lots of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend Ballifeary.

We had the wonderful pleasure of staying at this lovely guest house. We received a very friendly welcome from the owners Bill & Morag. They were full of information regarding sights to see, places to eat etc. The easy walk into the centre of town was lovely. The facilities in the room were first class, everything was superb. The breakfasts during our stay were amazing. We will come again. Congratulations on a first class establishment. Thank you for making our stay in Scotland a memorable one.

Room Tip: Excellent value for money. Wished we had this kind of accommodation everywhere!!!

We stayed in 4 and 5 star B&B's and in highly rated hotels on our trip to Scotland. You just can't beat Morag's breakfast!!
Very clean and it definitely is value for money. Great location too and a short and pleasant walk into the city centre. Highly recommend this B&B

We chose this B&B solely for its situation- we were going to a wedding and this was very close to the Church. What a find! We were warmly greeted by Bill who showed us to our room which was spotless. beds were comfy and the breakfast was amazing.
Our only niggle was the early breakfast and check out time on sunday (10am) however think that is the norm in Inverness and we did make the most of some lovely weather.
We would recommend this B&B and will use it again
