Very nice, clean ,comfortable and friendly B&B within easy walking distance of the centre. The location is on a busy road, but parking was not an issue as their is an off road car park 2 doors away. Good breakfast. Excellent value.

Nice house, nice owner, who gave us tips and explained us a couple of things about Inverness and Lochness.
Clean, Nice and good price. Not super central, but about 15 minutes walking to the city center.
Nice breakfast, continental or Scottish.

We have had a lovely time, we arrived early and luckily Sheila was just going out she let us in.we had travelled 4 hours to get there.THe room was spacious,VERY clean, warm and comfortable, home made shortbread everyday!mmmm you can see Sheila and willie take pride in the house all decoration and fittings were great.Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of variety and freshly cooked,Sheila couldn't do enough and was very helpful with answering any questions about the area.IF you're thinking of taking here please do its great place to stay and only 15 minutes walk into town look on the maps to go through the estate to cut the time.theres a small care park Sheila gives you the permit two doors down,if we go to Inverness again we will stay here.half hour drive to Loch Ness and lots of other lovely places to visit :-))))

Booked a double room a day prior our arrival. Sheila, the owner, was lovely and helpful. We arrived nearly 5 hrs before check-in time, however since the room was ready, we were allowed to check in straight away! We were also given a parking permit - the parking is literally around the corner from the B&B.
The nice thing about this Guest House - you can pay using card, not only cash as most B&Bs.
I was shown the room and I was pleasantly surprised - clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, bright!
The room had a very comfortable double bed as well as a single bed. In the room we found a TV and few DVDs to choose from. The en-suite bathroom although on a small side, was perfectly formed.
The room had a tea & coffee facilities. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
The Guest House is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, in a quiet, safe location.
We had a lovely stay and if we are visiting Inverness again we are definitely staying in Glenrossie Guest House.
Thank you very much Sheila :)

We stayed overnight after having traveled from the Loch Ness. The owner was very accommodating. We arrived earlier than we predicted however she had our room prepared. Room was good sized, quiet, and tidy. We parked on-street with a resident parking permit the owner provided. The location was quite good - about a 5-10 minute walk to the city center and eateries. Overall I highly recommend and would stay again if I was returning to Inverness.

It's a little hard to find if you are a tourist on foot from the train station, but it is a nice little house when you get there. The walls are paper thin; we could hear every noise outside our room on the first floor, and had to assume they could hear us as well. We don't mind these types of experiences... we just laugh and call it another wonderful experience! The hostess was very sweet, she was helping out for the owner who was on vacation. This is an older home, and we enjoy the quirks that go with them. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

B&B's book up in this town. From our room, we heard three other people come at various times of the evening asking if there was room available. We felt fortunate to be there! A little walk to get into town, but the sights of Inverness are beautiful.

My Glenrossie experience was a great one, up for the weekend my room was clean and tidy and the landlords were helpful in everyway. Sheila and Willie are excellent hosts. Ten minute walk to the town centre it proved a great base for a tourist. Superb breakfasts on both mornings, this B&B comes highly recommended !!
