“Well worth it!”

We had to find a hotel quickly after our lucky escape from the Bay Dornoch!!! and this one was so much better, super clean, efficient service and all at a budget cost! We left Dornoch earlier than planned due to a bad experience in the above hotel and booked this hotel online that same day. In comparison to the hotel we had left (which proclaimed to be of a high standard) this budget hotel did more than hit the mark. Premier Inn have thought of everything, two types of pillow, super clean rooms, key card entry to all areas, speedy check-ins, even the way the rooms are laid out is very efficient yet effective and comfortable.

We came across this on Trip Advisor and as we needed a base for a short break in the Highlands it seemed appropriate we should stay here. Indeed it is a great little hotel - all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. One small downside was that for a Scottish hotel, they had very little in the way of whisky! Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms, together with very hot water - bliss after a day in the Scottish countryside. The evening meals were reasonably priced and excellently cooked, and you had a choice of the type of breakfast you required, both of which were plentiful.

1st class value for a city centre hotel. 2 minute walk from the city centre. Lovely receptionists and friendly bar and restaurant staff. Large rooms and comfortable beds.

Disappointing televisions and poor choice of sports channels.

Stayed 2 nights... Couldn't fault anything in hotel.... Staff friendly and rooms spacious and spotless... Walking distance to bars and restaurants... Great city something for everyone :) great value especially if you can incorporate £29 room which we managed to do on one night

Within about 10-15 minutes walking distance from main railway station and in a riverside location, giving easy access to Riverside walk and fifteen minutes from Caledonian canal and 2 doors away from the excellent 'The Mustard Seed' 3 storey restaurant. Staff very helpful, clean and comfortable room. Would certainly use it again.

Great for the centre, easy walking distance down town to shops/bars. Only paid £60 per night so a lot cheaper than most other Inverness hotels. Staff were very friendly. Only disappointment was , we heard a lot of noise at about 3am from a group of boys in the corridor. Staff gave us our money back in the morning no problem. Would happily stay again as location was fantastic!

Premier Inn has got it just about right in the budget hotel market and this one is up to the high standards you expect with the PI chain. The rooms are spotless, have everything you need and are a good size. On the banks of the River Ness, this is a very handy location for the centre of Inverness, just across the river, but away from noisy late bars.

Breakfast is very good, and reasonably priced, the staff members we came across were without exception helpful and friendly. Premier Inns generally deliver what they promise and this is no different. A good choice for a central Inverness short stay.
