I've cycled a part of the North Sea Cylcing Route. From Inverness via Fraserburgh to Aberdeen and back via the North side of the Gairngorm Mountains to Inverness. It is great to experience the beauty and sea coast by cycling! The hired bike of Ticket To Ride never let me down, no maintenance needed! Because I had a great experience in 2015 cycling the Highlands (Inverness - Thurso) I decided to rent again a bike at Ticket To Ride in 2017.

Decided to hire a road bike from these guys as getting my own bike up to Scotland seemed a lot of hassle. Really glad I did as the staff were friendly and helpful - everything I needed from a helmet to roadside repair supplies were included. The bike performed well over the 150 mile use it had. I would strongly recommend hiring a bike from 'ticket to ride' - they provide a perfect service.

We hired two bikes from ticket to ride and we received two that ensured we saw the best of Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle. Matthew was a great help not only in patiently demonstrating how the bikes worked to two novices but also providing great information on the Highlands and the best routes to follow. Ticket to Ride is a an excellent company to book bike rides. The bikes are really fantastic and maintained well. Everything was as per what we had planned for with this booking. Inverness is a beautiful place anyways but the biking experience enhanced the pleasure of our stay here. The staff was very supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend the booking here.
