Stayed just one night, in transit to Wester Ross. Staff, as usual, very helpful and friendly. Our room was nearest the reception and entry, but we were undisturbed. The 'meal deal' was with the adjoining pub. The dinner was the usual unexceptional pub fare (they had no jacket potatoes all evening), but reasonable value. Breakfast was good. Not much choice of eating within walking distance except 24 hour Tesco. Very handy for the main road, less so for the city centre.

Room Tip: Handy for A9, but no traffic noise.

This premier Inn is another good hotel in the chain to stay in. Rooms are like many others in the chain which in my book is a is a good thing as you know what to expect.
Location is a little out of the centre of town but if you are making use of the car then really it's handy with a decent sized car park. No need to shoehorn your car into a city centre sized space.
Lady on the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, our little boy got an easter egg as well which was a nice touch.
We didn't eat in the neighbouring restaurant this time but having been there in the past on a couple of occasions I know you get a decent meal there.
Room was really clean with the usual tea and coffee making facilities and the only minus point I can think of was the rather small CRT TV that was in the room. Never mind, I'll survive!
Will definitely use this hotel again.

Very clean,good service.
Location is poor,in the middle of a trading estate. If you have a car or bike choose here. This is a budget hotel with superior service.
Restaurant friendly, good value, only downside is queuing at the bar to order food.

Room Tip: Book early we only paid £29

Welcome to the purple palace!

just the usual premier in hospitality, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly looked like the last premier inn I stayed in, the ajoined brewers fayre on this one seems a bit substandard though staff were not any help and the chef didnt know what a rogan josh was but I suppose it beats looking around Inverness for a place to eat.

Room Tip: Eat in town if you have the time

Stayed two nts early Feb as we had to visit a relative in the Raigmore Hospital less than 10 minutes walk away. Staff really really helpful and kind. Parking free.
The hotel is a typical Premier Inn, clean & up to standard ,the beds are really comfortable and the Brewers Fayre next door meal deal through the the hotel is excellent value for money, .
We did have one poor main course on the first night, but the staff were excellent and resolved it straight away with no arguments or issues.
A previous reveiwer has stated there was a lot of traffic noise form thr nearby A9. I have to differ, it was quiet.-- Now the Stirling premier Inn is a different matter. if you stay there take ear plugs !!
Back to Inverness, staff and hotel very very good. Breakfasts superb. Well done to management and staff at both the hotel and the restaurant .
Book a table on Fri night it was busy,

Room Tip: Even numbers on front away from the A9
