“Great breakfast”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 November 2012

This is a pretty standard Premier Inn. The room was basic enough, but very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is a very good standard, with a hot option made to order. The staff were all friendly & helpful. It is a little bit out of town, but ideal for a short stop over.

I have seen the adverts on TV - but understand that you have to book in advance to get a good deal - but we were glad to take whatever was on offer when turning up on the night - but glad we stayed there. Although it was a little expensive - it ticked all the right boxes - helpful staff - very comfortable room and bed - (although it was one fitted out for a disabled person) - lovely breakfast - convenient free parking and good location.

Room Tip: We had no problems - but there were quite a few doors to open in corridor to our room (fire regulati...

Hotel is very clean and offers plenty of free parking just off the A9 to the East of the city centre.

There was a bit of noise from the traffic on the road which could annoy some people.

The hotel is a standard Premier Inn close to Raigmore Hospital.

Ticks all the boxes for a stopover but if wanting to visit Inverness then it would probably be best to be closer to the City Centre.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel.

Like all Premiers , if you book early you get a good deal ,£80 room, evening meal deal and breakfast for two. So far so good. Except the kitchen had technical problems just before we arrived and there was no evening meal. In their favour the evening meal price was refunded immediately and staff were very helpful. The room was spacious , good shower, comfy bed. Big noise problems inside and out. We were at rear on first floor beside an internal fire door. Door banged every time someone entered or left and that went on to the early hours with guests coming back in. The rear of the hotel was close to main A9 road and we could not open window because of road noise. Best part was fantastic breakfast (kitchen fixed overnight) and staff whowere briliant. They do have a money back scheme if you don't have a good nights sleep but we didn't pursue it. To be honest we would pick somewhere quieter next time we are in Inverness

Room Tip: Rooms at front are probably quieter

This was my first time in Premier Inn and I really loved it. Spacious, impeccable room with comfortable bed and perfect, quiet location just outside the centre of Inverness. The staff was very helpful, the restaurant and the bar were also OK. Location is perfect to start a trip to Loch Ness and Culloden.

My husband and I stayed here in September for a night and i doubt we will be returning. I know its a budget stay so you shouldnt expect much but budget is not £80 without breakfast. the room smelt on arrival, water was luke warm at best, wifi for half an hour. Staff were very friendly and pleasant and free parking out side are really the only plus points im afraid. if i got the room for the advertised "£29" then i may consider staying again purely for price only.

The rooms are ok. Foods are bit over priced. Overall and most importantly, there was no internet whatsoever in the hotel, which was strange. When asked to receptionist, i was told that there was a big storm and the internet was cut off since then.
