Usual high Premier Inn standards and excellent staff. Good stay and excellent night's sleep. Only thing is they could do with replacing the tv, old style portable square tv, though plenty of freeview channels.

The service was excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable. Goof value for money. There was easy access and and off A9. ideal stop off place on a long journey North.. We can recommend this Premiere Inn.

This Premier Inn is very much like any other Premier Inn - the chain offers a remarkably consistent experience. I found the beds a little hard, but the room was very clean; breakfast in the adjoining pub was good. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful; when I asked if they had any sachets of decaf coffee for the in-room tea maker, she went across to the pub and got some for me. (Note to Premier Inn management - wouldn't it be easier of they were supplied in the hotel in the first place?)

Two very minor niggles - the TVs were old and although they had freeview, the only way to change channels was by going up or down channels (there was no access to the menu guide). And half an hour's free internet per day is a little miserly.

If you need some exercise there's a 24 hour Tesco Extra superstore about 10 minutes' walk away (and it's useful if you have midnight food cravings!)

Otherwise, you really need a car as it's a long way out of Inverness on a somewhat faceless business park. Access is easy from the main A9, and on the side facing the car park, there is no traffic noise at all.

Book early if you want a decent rate: the price can rise substantially for late bookings.

Room Tip: Face away from the road and it's very quiet.

Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. Staff were very attentive. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast and dinner at the Brewer's Fayre restaurant next door to the hotel were excellent and great value for money. On the downside slightly - the beds were very soft and the heating controls were an issue (the heating would go off, then come back on, then go off again, etc.). If 2 people are sharing a room, only one hand towel is provided (company policy apparently) - but if you ask for another hand towel you will be given one. There was also an issue with the internet connection as their Internet providers were having technical issues. So I had to wait 8 hours before I got an internet connection (admittedly not hotel's actual fault). I would still recommend this hotel to family and friends.
