Lovely friendly hosts in a great area of Inverness
Walking distance to high street and walks along the river
Bob was very helpful with bookings for dinner
Our room was bright and airy and quiet
Can't say anymore than everyone else but to agree that it's a top stayMore
We arrived late at 10 pm due to problems with the ferry, but were very well received, and it was a pleasure staying at St Ann\'s House. Excellent location, beautiful room, clean and well equipped, excellent breakfast with lots of options including different kinds of bread and cheeses served in a lovely, light breakfast room overlooking a wonderful garden. Very good information on what to see and where to go from Bob and Mary Anne. We only had one night there, but would love to stay there again next time we come to Inverness

Thank you so much. We had a nice stay. The breakfast was fantastic. We became good tips for our excursion. There is a great place to watch dolphins, in a great good driving-distance to the accommodation.

At St Ann's, you really understand why a guest house can offer more than a hotel.
Very warm welcome by the owners, excellent accommodation, comfortable and spacious rooms, top level amenities, free wifi and, above all, the smile and personalised service from Bob and Mary Ann.
The garden is as lovely as on the pictures, and breakfast is just fabulous, with quality products and home made cakes/breads/jams.
You feel relaxed and at home, and Bob's recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing in the region are always excellent. City centre is within walking distance. Easy parking in the street.
Would not look for any other option in Inverness.

A superb place to stop. I would recommend this to anyone. We stopped 2 nights from 17th to 19th July and it was a very enjoyable time. The hosts Bob and Mary-Ann were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was absolutely excellent with a great choice. Bedroom was spotless, Could not have asked for a better accomodation. Brilliant!

Chose this place based on trip advisor reviews and was a wonderful recommendation. We received a warm welcome and a tour of the house. Nice touch is the fridge with water and the bowl fruit always available. We're shown to our lovely room and then were given great walking directions and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous with lots of home baking included-delicious! Pretty garden added to ambience. Many thanks!
