I stayed for 5 nights at this house - 3 nights alone and 2 with a friend. Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, extremely clean rooms and very very kind host and hostess. The singleroom is very small but I could use the dining room if needed. The room for 2 people was much bigger and therefore nicer.

We spent one night in this super clean and functional room. We were in a small double but it had everything we needed. There were many extra touches...cold bottled water upon arrival, individual pkgs of candy on the bed, fresh flowers, complimentary biscuits and small hygiene products in the bath. All of this along with a very reasonable price & friendly hosts!

Room Tip: Didn't see the other rooms, but based on ours they are probably all great.

Recently spent one night here on our driving tour of Scotland. This B&B is conveniently located close to the city center. The host were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Parking if free and on the street. We easily found a spot. Overall a good value for the money while still close enough to restaurants and pubs.

We stayed for one night .We were made to feel welcome from the minute we rang the bell . What excellent hosts .Small but very well set up double room .Lots of extra little touches which I was not expecting ,considering the great price we paid .Bottles of water on arrival .sweeties on the bed beside our towels made into a swan .Immaculately clean and well decorated .A 10 minute stroll to the centre of Inverness . A great place to stay & I would highly recommend it .

The owners were so friendly and no touch was missed, given a bottle of water on arrival and sent away with pockets of food for the onward cycle. Breakie was everything to be expected and the room had a lovely homely touch. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Inverness
