“Fabulous hosts”

Booked this at last minute and we were lucky to get a cancellation. Our room was large, bright and immaculately clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Hosts couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy, location fantastic.

Hosts mentioned they're away to do up the room we were in and that's good because the double bed mattress was a wee bit springy, but single was perfect. Also, could do with a note of wi-fi details either in the information book in room or even on notice board downstairs (I would've asked if I'd been desperate). These are very minor points though- have already recommended this to family.

The second stay on our truncated walk and this was how it should be. The hosts were charming, the rooms and breakfast great and we can thouroughly recommend this charming little B&B. It was really something special and we were very priviledged to have stayed with Wilma and Jim. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they gave good tips on where to eat and where to go.

My husband and I stayed at 6 Caberfeidh for 2 nights and couldn't have been more pleased at the experience there. The room with the 4-poster bed was awesome and we were surprised at how quiet it was considering that it was right in front of the house. As others have said, the breakfasts are very hearty and the whole place is comfortable. The highlight for us was Wilma and Jim. Besides being gracious hosts, they really helped us out of a bind when we ran into some trouble. Jim made it his problem, too, and worked to help us resolve it. Beyond the call of duty.

Having stayed at this comfortable B&B on a previous occasion, we were visiting the area again and did not look for any alternative accomodation. We arrived and had a nice chat to Wilma who showed us to our room. Parking is right outside with a complimentary permit which is ideal. Jim is a nice guy who is willing to provide a wealth of local knowledge. Very clean B&B with a really good breakfast ( best cup of tea on our tour ). A re-visit is on the cards. Thanks to both of you.

Jim and Wilma are the perfect hosts. We stay with them every time we walk the West Highland Way and they could'nt make us feel more at home. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and breakfast is a great massive portion that sets you on your way for the day. They don't have a swimming pool or a fitness centre yet but we'll be back with them next year anyway!!!

After walking the WHW for the third time, my wife and I decided to spend one more night in Fort William and having previously stayed at 6 Caberfeidh on two occasions in the past, we booked again as I knew we would not be disappointed. This B & B is ideally situated about 100 metres from the town centre and Jim and Wilma are the most friendly and charming hosts that you could care to meet anywhere. We were given the warmest of welcomes and were alloted the most beautiful of rooms with a four poster bed, TV, tea and coffee available and a large modern ensuite shower. Our full Scottish breakfast next morning was delicious and more than substantial. I cannot fault this B & B in any way, and we will certainly use again whenever we are in this area, and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Fort William.
Finally, to Jim and Wilma. "Keep up the good work, you certainly know your business in keeping your guests happy. Hope to see you sometime in the future"

We had a really enjoyable stay at 6 Caperfeidh after a tough day's climbing Ben Nevis. Shower was excellent and room was very comfortable and warm. Lovely hosts and excellent breakfast in the morning. 5 minute walk to the main street. Would recommend.
