Thank you Sue and Andy! You were perfect hosts from the welcome pot of tea and biscuits when we first arrived to the much appreciated packed lunch and flask of tea after a wet and windy excursion to Staffa Island! The breakfasts were delicious and the accommodation of an exceptional standard. I have no hesitation in recommending your B&B and would definitely stay again! :-)

Our 333rd review - another milestone and obviously a lucky number for us! Thank you Mckale for your kind words. Not sure we are perfect or that the B&B is truly amazing but it is fantastic to hear that you would recommend Torlinnhe and even more importantly that you would definitely stay again yourself. We look forward to it!

Our guest reviews are really important to us and we are eternally grateful to all those past guests who have taken the time and trouble to post such positive feedback over the years. The reviews help keep us on track and at the same time hopefully give our future guests confidence about what they can expect during their time with us.

This Guest House is amazing, nothing less :o)

We (2 kids and 2 adults) arrived very late for our stay, as we had a small tire issue on our way to Fort William.
Sue was as nice as she could be, and she showed us to our wonderful rooms - everything was perfect! Beds was so comfy and the bathroom spotless - we felt at home right away!

Breakfast was really fabulous - there was a big buffet and the dishes we had ordered the night before were delicious :o)

We hope to see Sue and Andy again, but next time we will definitely stay longer :o)

It would be great to see you all again Christine S. It was a pleasure to meet you. Hopefully your short stay in the "Outdoor Capital of the UK" has whet your appetite to experience more of what we have to offer in the area. We can't promise the weather you get in Dubai but, whatever the weather there is always plenty to see and do!

Hope you had no further problems with your car rental company and that you had a pleasantly uneventful end to your holiday. Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a kind review. We look forward to seeing you again one day.

I stayed with Sue & Andy for 3 nights and I continue to tell everyone how wonderful it was.
I had a lovely single room that was immaculate, the breakfasts were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the moment I arrived Sue was so helpful with organising dinner bookings for me at two wonderful restaurants. Then she gave me the low down on the local walks and provided me with maps and because of their help I was able to do the Steall Falls walk which was beautiful. The guesthouse is situated across the road from Loch Linnhe so every morning at breakfast I could take in the beautiful views. I hope one day to have the chance to go back to Fort William and stay again. Thank you Sue & Andy

Thanks for the recommendations Melb1105 - very much appreciated! It is great to hear that you enjoyed your stay so much. We are so lucky with our location here with Loch Linnhe in front and Glen Nevis and the Ben just a couple of miles away behind us. Glad also that you enjoyed the Steall Falls, nobody should leave FW without doing that. We look forward to seeing you again one day.

Sue & Andy do everything right ! They are lovely people and perfect hosts. We stayed at many B & B's during our five week Scotland/Ireland trip and this was among the outstanding places. The house is immaculately clean, in a great location on the main road, but quiet in the room, and with a spectacular view of the loch from the dining room. Breakfast was superb, with multiple choices, cooked breakfasts served hot, and quickly ! The bed was comfortable (and I'm fussy!) in a tastefully decorated room, with a good bathroom (read good water pressure and nice shower).Sue was kind enough to offer laundry service, ( which was a big help for an extended trip like ours ) and did a beautiful job. We stayed two nights, then went to Skye overnight, and were so pleased with Torlinnhe that we returned there after Skye. We plan a return to Scotland, hopefully next year, and would definitely stay at Torlinnhe again. Highly recommend !

We look forward to seeing you again Grianne14, hopefully next year. Thank you so much for the kind review and your recommendation. As you know Fort William is easily within daily striking distance of much of the Highlands, Western Scotland and even some of the Islands. Why not use us as a base for a few days out next time? We are at the centre of the area known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK but as well as the Walking, Cycling other outdoor activities the area is steeped in history and culture - so there is no doubt we can keep you busy - however long you manage to stay!
