We stayed in this lovely B&B over night on our trip back from Islay. We were received by our host in a very friendly way, getting explanations of what to do and where to eat in Fort William. The tips were great and we had a good time.

Amazing was the breakfast: smoked salmon from the Loch with fresh scrambled eggs, fresh fruit plus all the other good things that you would expect for a great breakfast.

The room and bathroom were not huge, yet cosy and very clean.

All together we had a great experience, would highly recommend the place and will certainly stay there again on our next visit in Fort William.

A warm welcome, very comfortable and well equipped rooms, gleaming clean - and an excellent breakfast. The best sort of B&B in a lovely setting by the loch, a short walk from the town. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from 4 night stay at this fabulous bed and breakfast. We stayed in the 'compact room' which was perfect for our needs and had a very comfortable bed to collapse into at the end of the day! Stephen was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast a relaxed and very enjoyable experience. An extra bonus was access to the local spa - great for easing the aches and pains of tired feet! Will definitely go back when we return to Fort William.

Such a lovely, modern B&B with amazing views. Staff were excellent and welcoming and the breakfast has lots of choice! The spa access is a short drive away and a nice added touch. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Travelled in March, was easy to find and is located about 50m from the shore of Loch Linnhe. Price was £55 for double room with ensuite bathroom on ground floor (booked the day before). Came with parking space for our car. Excellent price/value combination. Highlights:

-Breakfast was excellent and included croissants, bread, fruit, toast, bacon, eggs, lorne sausage, potato scone, tea, coffee, orange juice in a lovely room with good views of the Loch and surrounding mountains.
-Price included use of a nearby hotel's leisure facilities, medium-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
-Host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area (where to eat, visit etc.) and was a pleasure to deal with
-Room was very pleasant with nice decor, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and was generally a quiet environment all round (the B&B is up a small incline away from the main road).

As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lovely host, Stephen, who gave to us all useful advice and information about the restaurants and attractions nearby.
We had a small but cozy room, with a very comfortable and big bathroom.
Excepional location, right in front of the lake and short walk from the city center.
We could choose a rich and tasty full Scottish breakfast in the morning, that comes along with a continental choice of pastries, fresh juices and fruit.
Useful private parking and use of the SPA center nearby.

We will raccommend this 5 star BB to everybody going to Fort William.
