Stephen was unexpectedly called away during my check in, but left me a very thoughtful and clear explanation on checking in, which was very nice. When we finally met the next morning i found him to be incredibly welcoming and thoughtful- he made a point to find out about our journey and make helpful suggestions on routes to take We had no trouble with parking, and the breakfast the next morning was very good. The cookies in the room were delicious, and my husband and I appreciated them very much after dinner with the delicious tea. Very nice room, and a comfortable and quiet night.

The owner, Stephen, was very attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and the ensuite bathroom exceeded positively our expectatives. The breaksfast was absolutely delicious. The location of the guest house is perfect, 5-10 min walk from the town, and from the top level (breakfast room) there are views to the loch. They also have private parking. In general, we think that it was much better than going to a hotel, we really felt comfortable and welcome. As a negative aspect, I would say that Fort William is not a big town, so perhaps it is not worth to stay more than 1 day, 2 if you plan to do some activities. Nothing negative about the stay in the guest house.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the room with the view. We had our own parking spot which was great & the welcome was fantastic. Great for a short stay - wouldn't recommend staying here any longer to be honest but it was great. Breakfast is served between 8 & 9 upstairs which was totally adequate. Stay here if you would like for a short stay - wouldn't stay longer. But thanks it was okay!

Great location overlooking the Loch, and walking distance from town centre. A warm welcome from Stephen and Brenda, who could not have been more helpful. Tastefully furnished, and excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend!

Laurel B and B
This is a very clean and modern B and B. the room was very spacious with a king bed plus a single and two lovely leather armchairs for relaxing in. Just the trick for our arrival day which was pouring with rain. The size of the room meant you don't go stir crazy. It was only a 10 minute walk into the town centre. Breakfast was very nice albeit a little sparce. We were the first to breakfast and apart from the usual cerial and juice and cooked breakfast there was only one muffin and 2 croissants yet there were 6 guests. Also you were not given a choice of white or brown toast. One other criticism was that we were there for two days but didn't get clean towels so had to use wet towels the next night. Having said this, the owners were lovely and most helpful and I would definitely recommend this place

My wife and I stayed here for two days whilst I cycled the tour de Ben Nevis cycling competition. The warm welcome was fantastic, and the accommodation was very welcoming. Both Stephen and Brenda were fantastic hosts, the food was exceptional, and the room was perfectly clean on arrival and fresh towels etc were provided. The views were spectacular across the loch, and due to it being situated around fifty feet back up a driveway from the road it was silent! Whilst there I had an expensive mountain bike on my car and I had no issues with leaving it on my car!

I would personally like to state my sincere thanks to both Stephen and Brenda for there hospitality it was second to none.

The room is too cheap for what you get, for this service you should expect to pay £150 plus per night at the very least this is a five star accommodation without a second thought! Free access to the local health club is also a huge bonus!!

Room Tip: Go for the superior room it's worth it!
