wow! a lovely, clean, spacious cottage, equipped with all that you need, and more besides. the views of the mountains and the woods are wonderful. didn't manage to see a deer at the property, but saw one on the road to speanbridge.i recommend the ice age parrallel roads, ben nevis, neptunes staircase (locks) and most of all, the gondola ride at the nevis range. on a clear sunny day, the views were out of this world. i would definitely return to this cottage if we were visiting this area again. the owner was very helpful and communicated very well with e-mails, and the welcome basket was very much appreciated.
Before we arrived at the property we already knew it was going to be special, but when we arrived the place completely blew us away.
The view of the mountains in the sun room were spectacular, and forever changing clear one minute, and then mist the next.
The property had everything we required, with a welcome hamper which was nice, the sun room was perfect for watching tv and of course those views.
We came to climb Ben Nevis which was conveniently situated just 20 mins down the road,we are still recovering but we did it ,and we are proud of that.
The Jacobite train was also a special day, and again just down the road at Fort William.
We really had a special week and for me the icing on the cake, and a lifetimes ambition was to travel two minutes down the road to Glen Roy and watch a Golden Eagle soaring above, so special.
So thankyou for making our stay so special ,we will return and already missing the place.

Our family group of seven were all comfortably accommodated in this lovely home for 4 nights. Everything is well maintained and many extras are provided such as games, books, maps etc. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful. Highly recommended.
We had a very memorable and peaceful break in this lovely, clean and we'll equipped cottage. The surrounding fields forests and mountains are beautiful and so tranquil, with the most amazing views from the cottage.
Very nice cottage. The views from the main room are amazing. All clean and well maintained.Very good holiday
What a fantastic time we had in this lovely well equipped house. The views from the sun room were so beautiful, overlooking the mountains. Can thoroughly recommend.
Spent a week in this stunning house for Easter. Upon arrival we were greeted with a basket of goodies including tea, coffee, milk & an Easter Egg! It's a lovely big house in a stunning setting. There is every home comfort you could wish for, apart from one, there's no pizza cutter. That is literally the only fault we could find with the place!
There are a couple of folders with helpful information and contact numbers in the dining room. These proved to be a great source of info in giving us ideas of what to do whilst staying.
The children had a fab time exploring the grounds, we kept them away from the wood shed by telling them 'Ooga Booga' (the Bogeyman' lived there
The house is immaculate, beds are very comfortable. Log burner was great once we got the hang of building a decent fire.
Upon leaving, we managed to leave a Teddy in one of the beds. After contacting the owner, he arranged to have Teddy posted out to us, resulting with a very very happy daughter, so massive thanks to Rauri & Kirsty for making that happen.
It's an absolutely stunning property that we will definitely visiting again.
