“Good food, lovely ambience.”
Reviewed 10 August 2014 via mobile

We went here on our first night in Fort William and were pleasantly surprised. The food was lovely, the service good and the atmosphere relaxed. There isn't much more to say other than go and visit.

“Inventive cocktails”
Reviewed 27 July 2014 via mobile

Enjoyed a couple of cocktails here after eating elsewhere. Great service and something a little different to drink. Try the drumstick with lolly, even got given an extra one so no one felt left out

“service with a genuine smile”
Reviewed 21 July 2014

after being in a hotel and treated like idiots and ignored etc we went in here and had barely stepped in doorway towards a table and straight away a very friendly girl approached and offered to bring drinks for us direct to our table and asked did we want a menu for a meal etc and such a refreshing change from the alexandra hotel fort william where i was over five minutes waiting to be served.they were all friendly and brought our drinks and then snacks fast and were helpful without being pushy and i gladly left a tip for service like that .i would reccomend to anyone going there and will be back if ever in fort william again.the staff are a credit to the company

“Great fresh fish and chips!”
Reviewed 19 July 2014 via mobile

Stopped here on our way to Loch Ness and ordered fish and chips, burger, salmon and the pie.
Not all for me of course! There were four of us =]
The beef inside was too salty, but the puff pastry lid was really puffy and flaky and a nice touch.
The salmon was abit bland but was accompanied with a pot of melted butter and some mash. The burger is good but pretty plain so my friend paid extra for some cheese and onion rings- I really think cheese should be included in the price!
Lastly my fish was sooooo fresh and really long! The chunky chips were delicious and fragrant but too few... Only like 6 chunky chips hidden under my fish. Not really enough to accompany it I think but delicious nonetheless.
Good and cosy inside with a warm atmosphere of laughter, chat and smiles

“A delight to find by accident. My new favourite local restaurant.”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

We found this bar by accident. We (I'm afraid to say) were going to our favourite local which is near by for our meal but as it was a little later than normal, they were full and unable to accommodate us. We popped in and asked about a table and there was a wait but we were told what it was likely to be and offered a drink at the bar while we waited. Which by the way was not long at all considering how busy the town was that evening. The staff were very friendly and polite. The food was brilliant. I had the fajitas which were lovely and service was quick and efficient. we ate here a couple of times following our visit and each visit was faultless. Keep it up.
