Staff friendly. Plenty of leaflets giving a good choice of attractions and activities. Leave gifts to local shops! Fort William itself is very run down and almost derelict in places! Mostly charity shops and tacky touristy shops. Not very encouraging when it is considered one of our top tourist destinations. Needs a thorough make-over.

“Dramatic Change”
Reviewed 19 May 2014

Approximately 35 years ago we went in, there was 1 young lady to distribute some leaflets regarding sites to visit and tours.
Now it is a large shop selling all sorts of mementos of Scotland and an enormous selection of free leaflets regarding attractions and tours. You can ask for personal advice as well.
35 years ago this modern looking building was dead, but now it is vibrant.

Sold everything from all Scottish gifts and trinkets to t shirts and whiskey! the staff were very nice and helpful and the honey / jams are soooo tasty. Would visit again certainly on passing through this quaint little part of Scottie :-) big smiles here all round.
