“What a lovely place to stay in Fort William”
Reviewed 31 May 2014

Within 10 minutes walk from Fort William town centre, this B&B was a great place to stay. Mhairi and Peter gave us a very warm welcome after a long motorcycle ride. The house was spotless and the gardens well kept, an ideal place to enjoy the view of Loch Linnhe and the boats sailing by. Our room was on the 1st floor and was just perfect. A four poster bed and en suite. In the morning it was so good to lie in bed drinking a morning coffee (tea and coffee facilities in the room) with the curtains open looking out over the Loch with the mountains behind. A view to remember. Our son had the room on the ground floor. Nice double bed, en suite and the same magnificent view.
Breakfast was served in a lovely room decorated to the same high standard as the rest of the house. Cereals, juice, fruit, yoghurt was available with an excellent cooked breakfast to follow, mmmm.
Mhairi provided lots of information about the surrounding area, but with only a couple of days stay on this trip, we will have to come back and this will be the ideal place to stay.

Room Tip: Choose the four poster room - what a great view

We had a very warm welcome from Mhairi and Peter, which made us feel at home right away. Spotless rooms with extremely comfortable beds ( ours was a large four poster) with lovely views over Loch Linnhe. Lovely to sit in the garden in the evening sun watching the boats sail past. Excellent cooked breakfast, served in an attractive room with a large selection to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really enjoyed our stay.
