One night camping and the location made the site. Camping is in a couple of places but all right by the loch, beautiful watching the sun set over the loch from your tent. Facilities were clean and plenty. Good value for money.

We stayed here for one night and had a great stay. Lovely level pitches, great facilities and helpful staff. The toilet blocks were well maintained and you had the option of a bath for a small additional charge. Lovely location on the shores of the loch for a lovely evening stroll but still fairlt sheltered. Only small draw back was the poorly stocked shop. Will definitely be back.

This was our second visit to Linnhe and it probably wont be our last; we were there in 2011 and then again this year. We hired 2 caravans - one "bronze" and one "silver" - they were both spotless, well equiped and very comfortable with more than enough room for our party of seven. The value for money is great and a real alternative to the usual B&B. The site is very well run and all amenities are in excellent condition. The view from the site is fantastic (in all kinds of weather!).

Room Tip: Room = caravan. All well equiped and comfortable. The ones nearer the loch side have of course the b...

Been here 3 year running now and hope to have many more. Fantastic views location and fishing. We stayed in a 4 star chalet as we always do as it has all home comforts and nice clean and cosy. The fishing here is brilliant loch has sea trout mackerel rock cod red cod and Pollock which we caught plenty off and best of all its free fishing. Staff are friendly and welcoming help out and offer good local knowledge if required. Gardens are well kept and wildlife on your doorstep along with the park being very well maintained its also spotless.

Room Tip: We have never seen or stayed in any other accommodation except for the 4 star chalets but the carava...

Our visit was just one night camping but what I can say is...

The staff are friendly, there is every amenity you will need including a small on site shop and to top it off there are the stunning views.

Staying in their bronze 1 bed caravan. Plenty big enough for 2 and little dog izz. Spotless clean and very comfy. Only criticism is that we have days out planned taking you away from the most stunning veiw up the loch. Quit lovely gardens surround you. Well worth a look. Top marks

Having read the previous reviews we booked one night at this site on way further north, thank goodness it was only one night!! Pitches are very small, we would not have had room to put up awning if we were staying longer, toilets were filthy with toilet paper strewn about including outside of door by around 3pm, I realise this may be down to clientele, however the relief warden's van as parked straight across from toilet block. Our view of the loch was blocked by a hedge and there was a distinct smell of dog poo. Would not recommend this site at all

Hi Jackie thankyou for your review, I am equally dissapointed that you did not enjoy your stay, Our toilet blocks are cleaned twice a day (10.30am and 5pm) Having checked through June the only time it was busy enough that they would reach the state described would be the mountain bike World Cup where every pitch is taken, we did not have any adverse reports during this time. We do try and match the person to the pitch and I apologise for not doing that this time. We ask all dog owners to keep their dogs on the lead and to clean up after their dogs. I am sorry you did not report your concerns at the time as we would have been happy to move you onto a different pitch. It does sound like you have cause for a refund if you can ring the office with your booking details I will be glad to look into that for you. Colin Wood Tel 01397 772376
