We were greeted by Liz and shown to our room, or should I say suite. Wonderful bed, so comfy, beautiful covers and curtains , all in keeping with the surroundings, enormous bathroom and I could barely touch the shower screen sides, all so shiny and polished. Beuatiful smelling natural cleansing products, even bubble bath. Fluffy bath robes, good sized T.V. A fridge with half a pint of milk, tea, instant coffee, ground coffee, herbal teas and of course, homemeade scottish shortbread.
Slept very well and were greeted at breakfast with numerous choices of breakfast, full scottish and the scrambled egg with smoked salmon was to die for. Juices, coffee, tea, hot and cold milk, honey, jam, marmalade, three different types of bread/toast, you cannot miss the soda bread with plenty of butter. Nothing was too much trouble, we had the use of beatiful living rooms with beautiful views. A place not to miss if you visit this beautiful area.More
