We stayed 2 nights and we agree with the comments of previous guests. This is a great place to go to relax with amazing views great food & good service.
We didnt book a sea view room but will definately next time( cant wait to return) the views over the Moray Firth are just incredible.
The rooms are very comfortable, All staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts- well lets just say we couldnt eat any thing all day after our breakfasts as we were so full!! till our evening meals, of course, in the conservatory over looking the Sea.
All in all totally relaxing just what we needed.

We just returned from a weekend break and really enjoyed the stay. The staff were all polite and friendly and always seemed happy to help. We found the food to be good quality and the hotel in general is very nice indeed. I feel that everyone has their own tastes and nobodys always 100% happy with everything. We were in top floor and the room was spacious with comfy bed and a large bathroom. If I was being picky our shower was a bit erratic, the food menu didn't have a beef option and seemed very fish orientated, a pint of beer was £3.80(bit dear)and the bar seats were slightly uncomfortable. The dining area was very cold when we arrived for dinner with a drafty window but the waitress kindly turned up the heat for us.That's as much as I could say and nothing affected our stay really. The gym/pool/spa area is great and the hotel is tastefully decorated throughout in a lovely setting. The conservatory area is lovely and the breakfasts were fantastic. The staff really make an effort and make you feel welcome. For what we paid I believe it was very good value for money and if you like a chilled out relaxing break it's perfect.Would definetely go back!

I took the family on a short break for 2 nights. We booked two rooms and had a fantastic view overlooking the Moray Firth which was absolutely worth paying a bit extra for.
The rooms were of a good standard, the beds were comfortable and the general appearance was very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but perhaps a little overworked.
Inverness airport is very close and makes it easy to organise a long weekend. It’s also a good base for exploring further north.

We will certainly stay here again.

The October break is always a busy few weeks for us and we can have pressure points at certain times during service. We will look to review our procedures to see where improvements can be made and improve the overall quality to guests where possible.

Thank you again for kind comments and look forward to welcoming you back in hopefully the not to distant future

We loved this hotel. We booked an executive double room which was very spacious and had a great view. The bathroom was large with a seperate shower cubicle. We enjoyed our meals and service was good. The hotel has a pool and, although we were disappointed that the sauna and turkish were out of order, it did not detract from our stay. It also has an adequate gym. We will certainly go back for another short break. It is ideal for couples of all ages and for children. For keen golfers there is Championship Golf Course in addition to a 9 hole course 2 mins walk from the hotel.

We had a brilliant stay - hard to fault The rooms were lovely, very spacious and clean. Location was spot on - gym and spa facilities were good. Lovely views over the Moray Firth. The food was exquisit and the service was firendly and efficient - especially the waiting staff in the restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights - would have liked to have upgraded to a room with a sea view - would do so next time. Excellent value!
A TV with freeview would have been nice and perhaps a little more milk.
