We stayed here for 3 nights in September, celebrating my son's and husband's birthdays.
Camilla and Ryan are both friendly and welcoming. Camilla recommended a couple of good restaurants and booked a table and taxi for us.
Fantastic views from the hotel.
We loved the honesty bar and were made to feel at home.

We stayed at this marvellous hotel at the end of August to celebrate my mums upcoming birthday in the penthouse apartments. All rooms had a sea view! We were given a very warm welcome and were treated like family during our stay! Breakfast was a lovely selection that you could help yourself to. The pictures do not do this hotel justice, it is spectacular, you must check out the before and after photos to see just how much love and hard work has went into this beautiful place.
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back, I think that says it all! Don't miss out on this gem!

Thank you and I am always so touched when guests come for special occasions. We are investing in the penthouse more this year so you'll have to come back and see what we have done. The season is coming to an end and all the trees are changing colour now it feel quite magical. Hopefully the family are well. Love, Camilla

My husband and I stayed at the Invernairne on the last night of our 500-mile trip around Scotland. What can we say - it couldn't have been better.
We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome when we arrived, and it was a short 1 minute stroll down to the glorious beach. Despite the weather, it was beautiful and my husband couldn't resist a quick dip in the North Sea!

There is no restaurant in the hotel but staff are ready and waiting with recommendations nearby. My husband had already booked us a table at Boath House which is a must! Breakfast however is self-serve with a lovely mix of hot cooked breakfast and cereals, in a beautiful setting over-looking the sea.

When we returned from our meal, we sat in the warm and cosy bar for a few nightcaps playing cards. It was absolutely perfect, especially now as the weather is beginning to close in. It's an "honesty" bar at the hotel, so you serve yourself and then pay for what you have on check out.

We enjoyed looking through the Invernairne restoration photo books!

Camilla was a really lovely host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we return to Scotland we will definitely be coming back, and bringing friends and family with us! Clearly a lot of time and love has gone into making this a lovely hotel and it deserves all it's good reviews.

Room Tip: We had the Black Isle room which had a glorious sea view.

NC500 certainly has been a big part of this years guest list. We have had some fantastic cars in the car park. This years book may even just be of cars!!! I am so glad you enjoyed the bar it was a risk but it certainly is paying off. Should you ever be up this way again please do come and stay. Best, Camilla

We spent 2 nights at Invernairne and felt at home from the moment we arrived. There are few guest houses I have stayed at where the staff have been so friendly and have gone out of their way to make us comfortable. Try get yourself out from the comfy beds in the morning as breakfast is amazing!
The place itself is charming and had that cosy Scottish feel we were looking for. The location was also perfect as it was a short walk to town and the guesthouse has a path leading straight to the beach! You won't regret staying here and we hope we can return soon!

What the past, recent reviewers have written is spot on. This place is quite the find, and a beautiful, old restored Victorian building ,on a beautifully landscaped property; with its own pathway to the ocean.
Many thanks to the owners; Ryan and sweet Camilla :) , we so enjoyed our stay , and your hard work that you do to make your guests feel at home.
