“Our best B&B during 2 Weeks of Scotland”
Reviewed 22 June 2011

My wife and me stayed at the "GlebeEend B&B" for two nights. We found this B&B via the tourist information in town centre and we were very lucky with this. Angela and George were so very nice and very obliging. Breakfast was just great and we met some nice people here, so breakfast took a little longer. The B&B lies perfectly situated at a quiet part of the town, with direct view to the sea. The beach is just a few walkingminutes away and right opposite of the street is a park. The room we had was very spacious and, what we appreciated most, VERY clean. And I mean it. During our 2 weeks in Scotland this seemed not to be self-evident. We've seen rooms with bugs, toilets with stains, showers with mould, carpets with spots and all this at much higher rates, and even though Tripadvisor recommended. But not here, Angela and George keep their B&B perfectly clean. We had really loved to stay longer at the Glebe End, but our schedule forced us to leave after two nights. In retrospective, we wished, we had found this B&B earlier. We'll definitely keep "The Glebe End" in mind for our next stay at Scotland, since it is a perfect place to stay at a very good value. And there is very much to see and to do around Nairn. My recommendation is Brodie Castle, even better than Cawdor Castle.

My wife and I took a road trip to northern Scotland and booked a night at Glebe End just based on the pictures and descriptions available on the website.
The place is absolutely gorgeous and breakfast was delicious.
If you are planning a trip anywhere near Inverness, you should give Glebe End a try and you won't be disappointed.

George and Angela were most welcoming and their home is beautiful. The lounge and dining room are filled with lovely pieces of antique furniture and the house has been lovingly adapted to make it very comfortable for the visitor. Each bedroom is unique but all are very comfortable with china tea cups and teapot for your tea. Every morning the room is cleaned and fresh towels are put into the bathroom. Not every B & B does this and I feel it's really quite essential. Breakfast was more than you could ask for. Fresh fruit, fruit salad, cereals, porridge and juices. That's before the full Scottish cooked breakfast. very good value for money and our hosts were very helpful in suggesting places to eat in Nairn. We have already booked our next visit and would reccommend Glebe End to all.,

This was just what I needed at the end of a long drive from Skye. A very comfortable and elegant B&B. A lovely room, great breakfast and excellent hosts.Although I was on my own in a double room it was well worth it. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in the family room and it was beautiful. A fantastic bay window with great view. Lovely tea service and excellent bathroom. The dining room and conservatory where we had a delicious breakfast was like a picture post card. George and Angela were so kind and helpful: George let us store our wet golf clubs in his garage and Angela helped us find our next B&B. IF you travel to Nairn you must stay here!
