Description: Our small team of chefs use locally sourced produce in order to provide fantastic freshly prepared food throughout the day. We offer both daytime and evening menus. Everything on our menus is cooked from fresh on site. We also have a bar area which offers an extensive range of beers, spirits and cocktails.

My hubby and I visited yesterday afternoon after reading reports on here and ended up feeling a little let down.
Service was slow and the "waitresses" didn't seem to know what to do. It was difficult to tell who was staff as there was no uniform, they seemed to be wearing whatever they liked and to be honest, it gave a bad impression.
We had the soup and black pudding to start followed by pasta and a burger, the food was really tasty and was very generous however, it was let down by being slow.
When our starters were cleared, our drinks were empty and as my husband tried to ask for more, the girl walked away. When we finished, we sat with our empty plates for at least 10 minutes and nobody approached to clear them.
My hubby tried several times to get their attention to ask for the bill but with no success. We eventually just went to the bar where no mints were offered, 2 heart shaped Haribo were slapped down, not even on a saucer! Where's your hygiene? After paying my hubby loudly said "cheerio" and was ignored! Bad service has made us think twice about returning.
They really need someone on duty who looks and acts like management or a supervisor to take control.
Big disappointment.

Had lovely lunch whilst up visiting family. Best meal I have had out in Greenock for many years. I had chorizo with salad and baby new potatoes and it was delicious..hubby loved the burger and the fish and chips were voted fantastic by my mum and son. Their chips were fab...had to test them of course.

Only drawback was parking..whilst there is a pay and display car park behind the building, the pay machine is in the mall...don't know whose daft idea that was but perhaps they could change it..?

Have eaten/drank here on numerous occasions since it's opening .

Can't really fault the place at all, modern yet unpretentious , which is reflected in the service. Young , friendly, attentive, staff/owners with fingers on the pulse without being aloof.

The food is of a high standard , though one slight grumble is that menu has not changed really for some time , with same core dishes
and not as seasonal as it used to be. However, given recession and area it serves, they maybe are keeping to a tried and tested formula and why not ? Especially as the overall standard has not slipped .

Cocktails are excellent and pretty reasonably priced, as are most of the alcoholic beverages on offer.

I really like the ambience here, and the three designated areas. Ok it maybe a tad stark and NYC loftesque for some folks liking but thought the name may give some clue to the interior ?

As for some dafties comment regarding veal being offered to the folks of Inverclyde, were they not aware this has been offer for decades in the Italian restaurants in the town ?

Great wee gem , just wish the council would support businesses in and around this area and improve the parking/accessibility !!!

This was my first visit to this restaurant/bar. This was a lady's day out and we wanted some cocktails to start, we weren't disappointed, the cocktail list had lots of choices and the prices were very reasonable (£4.50). We all felt the interior let the place down, a number of chairs in the restaurant were quite "tatty" and covered in scratches. The high chairs for toddlers were stacked at the side of the bar which didn't help the ambience any. All of the staff we dealt with were lovely and the food was very good, we all cleared our plates (loved the sea bass). I would go back but it would be nice to see some small changes to the decor.
