We're going back soon for our 3rd visit and going back to room 1 this time. Its huge! Always a warm welcome. Spotless, spacious rooms. The breakfast is fabulous and worth staying for, alone. A lovely, picturesque setting.
5 stars every time!

What a fantastic B&B. Our room was incredibly spacious, the bed was very comfortable. I thought the room with it's high ceilings and huge windows may be cold but it was perfectly toasty. Carol was very pleasant and made us feel at ease. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the black pudding. I took great pleasure in exploring the grounds and can't wait to return later in the year and hioefully stay a little longer. overall a fabulous B&B.

Firstly, a little difficult to find in the pitch dark on a fast road, some exterior sign lighting would be helpful, OK moan over.
This place is wonderful,a beautiful house, both my wife and me loved it. The lady of the house was so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home within minutes. We had driven 370 miles to meet our newly born grandson, arriving at the house at around 7.30pm. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean, nice and warm, bed very comfortable, The bathroom was good with a powerful hot shower, bathroom sliding door could be better ! The breakfast alone was worth the drive and I have received less attention for three times this price. We would go back as many times as we could given half the chance. Just wonderful, thank you so much. This finished off a very important, perfect two day trip for us.

We stayed for two nights here in Elgin. Location is close to many attractions including Johnsons of Elgin, Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns and many castles. The host was friendly enough, a bit quick to rush us in, no proper introduction. The room was massive with a queen bed and two singles. Our room had a slightly unorthodox layout. You have an unlock-able door leading into your bedroom (lockable), the bathroom, and another side room.

Breakfast in the morning was very good, a large menu and freshly made. Our most friendly encounter with the owners was actually with her daughter who we spoke to at check out.

A good experience overall, the house itself is impressive enough to warrant a stay.

Our 4 of a family have just left this lovely B n B. The Lady of the House was extremely pleasant and welcoming and the house itself was spacious, comfortable and interesting. Breakfast was fantastic! We would all highly recommend. Thank you!

Have just spent one night in this house with my husband and three year old daughter and I have to say I don't ever write reviews but this is so peaceful and Carol and Kerry so nice that I had to write a note to say thank you. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. Loved it PS

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights during our honeymoon trip through Scotland (Islay, Skye, Elgin and Edinburgh). Without a doubt, this was the best B&B in which we had the pleasure to stay. The location is fantastic. You feel like you're out in the countryside, yet you are only minutes away from the city center. Don't miss the opportunity to stroll around the beautiful 150 acre grounds. There is much to see! Carol was an excellent host. She was very welcoming and helpful when we needed it, but also gave us our privacy and was not at all overbearing. In my experience, her approach is a wonderful balance that is rare among B&B proprietors. Some of our favorite experiences from our trip came from simply sitting by the fire in the gorgeous parlor downstairs. Bring down a nice single malt and offer fellow guests a dram as they stop by to relax at the end of an evening. This never failed to lead to engaging conversations with really interesting new friends!
