Great wee cottage just outside Perth. Very well equipped with everthing you need for a break. Cd player & xbox for entertainment if feeling lazy. Very close to Perth & Dundee. Looks over the river Tay with great walking. Cottage is pet friendly as well. We'll definitely return hopefully soon.
Heather cottage is in a perfect location, in the country but only 10mins drive to Perth. The views from the cottage are stunning we are saw deer, rabbits, pheasants and a variety of garden birds. The cottage is a tastefully furnished, very well equipped, spotless clean, comfortable bed and very cosy.
We had our dog with us and they had even left some dog treats which was a very nice touch.
We can recommend it highly enough and we definitely return
Heather Cottage was a very cosy and comfortable place to bring on the new year . The cottage was furnished and equipped to the highest standard and we couldn’t fault a thing . It is in a quiet location with lovely river walks on the doorstep but also handy for Perth .
We had a wonderful weekend in Heather Cottage. Heather was very helpful and very accommodating with check in and check out times. It is in a beautiful setting and we were able to go on lovely long walks with the dogs. A brilliant weekend!
My wife and I spent a week in August in Luncarty Heather Cottage. Perth turned out the ideal location for touring Scotland. The cottage is fully equipped and well maintained and even has it's own veranda - best place for breakfast. The private parking spot was a big bonus, and as the cottage is at one end of the village it is quiet and even private.
The cottage was immaculate and very well furnished. Ideally situated near the River Tay with lovely views of the river. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet & convenient location to visit the area
This wonderful self-catering cottage is ideally located close to the banks of the beautiful Tay River in the Tay Valley just minutes from bustling Perth. Thoughtfully laid out, this cottage has everything you might need for a short break to longer stays. I stayed here for business trips to Perth and found Heather Cottage a cosy second home in both summer and winter. The location is fabulous, so peaceful with deer grazing outside the window in the mornings, mist rising from the valley floor and views over the hills. Heather is a fantastic host, providing lovely touches like eggs from her hens and little treats in the kitchen. I'd recommend this place as a base for exploring the region, it's a wonderful hidden gem.
