There was a warm welcome on arrival. Rooms including the en-suite were very clean. Tea making facilities including coffee, hot choc, choice of biscuits etc were available in the room. Porrage followed with a freshly cooked breakfast was well presented, along with fresh coffee, was superb. The Guest House is within walking distance of Perth town centre.

Stayed at West View for 4 weeks (for work) and everything was perfect - from the very beginning to the end of my stay. Douglas (the owner) is the loveliest man alive; made me feel so welcome, very attentive, friendly and funny. The room was great; clean, spacious, modern and cosy! I had lunches (instead of breakfast) which I very much enjoyed (enjoyed so much I had the same lunch for the entire duration) and if you like to eat, you would enjoy too….plenty of food! Location is ideal; close to the town, Asda and a 24 hour petrol garage (for those late night snacking moments). I would highly recommend this guest house, you will not regret! Thank you once again for everything Douglas x

We had a lovely stay at this well looked after B&B run by mother and son team, Dorothy and Douglas. We were made to feel very welcome by these warm and friendly hosts and the home cooked breakfast was among the best we've had in the UK. The room was a good size, beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and excellent pillows. We couldn't fault anything and wish Dorothy and Douglas all the best in the future.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 4, the family room, with a double and single bed and an ensure. It was lovely, but...

Stayed here recently for 2 nights and couldn't fault it! Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome and the freshly cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious! We will definitely be returning soon.

Just returned from the Rewind Festival with my Hubby. We loved this guest house. Angie & Elaine were amazing. Very friendly and just couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was brilliant and as for the home made scones & cakes....YUMMY! Definately be returning.

Room Tip: Booked late so couldn't get an en-suite. Our room was at the front and was huge. Bit traffic n...

Clean, comfortable and spacious room by B&B standards. The hosts were both friendly and very helpful. On quite a busy road but the room was quiet enough. Would have no hesitation staying here again....
