We didn't stay here but had dinner one night during the Autumn Festival 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived just behind a table of 12 so had a 45 minute wait for our food as the kitchen obviously couldn't cope (so why did they take our booking?).
Of our 4 orders only one was correct with steaks overdone, my daughter's burger burnt and beans on the kids plate where specifically asked for no beans. The worst thing was though that despite specifically requesting no bun with the burger (as my daughter is wheat intolerant) it arrived wrapped in a full bread bun.
With 2 glasses of wine and two of coke the total came to £51 a total rip off for what we got. They are obviously just cashing in on the extra business from the Enchanted Forest/ Autumn festival without any care as to quality.
Notably the table of 12 didn't seem happy either and we all left without ordering desserts or coffees.
