Our family of five, three generations stayed there and had a wonderful time. A lovely place to stay. Very nice people, generous and welcoming. Excelent breakfast. Pitlochry is worthwhile spending time in. A very good base for tour of the area.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to the Highlands. While not within easy walking distance of town, the B&B was clean and very comfortable. The owners have a lovely property that runs downhill to a small brook, with terraces along the path. The hostess was charming and our stay very pleasant.

Set in a lovely location with a beautiful woodland area in the back garden. Friendly welcome & a fantastic view out of my bedroom window. Breakfast was fantastic. It is hard to find a great B & B that doesn't charge a small fortune for travelling solo. Easy access - short walk - into town centre too. I will definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night as a base for a cycling sportive the following day. Helen was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome to her home. The room and en suite bathroom were both lovely and nicely decorated; and most importantly very clean. Our bikes were safely locked in the garage so we had total peace of mind. Breakfast was a feast, and Helen was very accommodating with our 6 am start. Perfect hosts.

Starting from the warm welcome, through the delicious handmade shortbread cookies in the room, the great sense of humor of Helen and the lovely garden surrounding that magic house, everything was entirely unforgettable for us, although we have spent there only one night(unfortunately). The place is quiet, situated out of the centre of Pitlochry. We have had all the necessary facilities. We got some good advices. We have had a great generous breakfast and we have been forced to see how big are our eyes, when choosing breakfast and how small were our stomachs afterwards to take all the chosen tasty food. Friendly atmosphere and chat with the other guests and Helen, jokes and good mood. Nice place to stay, definitely will go there again, if we are passing by. Thanks and best wishes to Helen and Bob!

The three nights that I spent at the Ashbank House were wonderful. Helen and Bob created an extremely warm and friendly atmosphere which encouraged friendly conversations with the other guests. They spared no effort in making my stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodations were very comfortable, the food was excellent and the location was very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I stayed for one night at this B&B. Bob met us at the door and helped with our case he was very friendly and also a Geordie, so lots to talk about. Our room was lovely and the homemade Shortbread on the tea tray were a true treat. The gardens are beautiful with a stream at the bottom of the garden down some stairs. Later that night we met Helen who was very helpful, as we wanted our breakfast for 5am, I just asked her leave some cereal out and we would help ourselves, but when we got up there she was waiting for us. Overall the whole weekend was very pleasant, beautiful surroundings and a lovely little place. I would recommend this place to anyone.
