Lovely owners, very pleasant and helpful. Great beds and pillows...really comfortable. Plenty hot water for showering. Super breakfast. Very clean. Large well kept grounds. It's just off the main road but very quiet and no noise at night. Fabulous view. We'll be back for sure.

Very nice accommodations and very nice people. Many beautiful flowers to see as you stroll thru the property and enjoy the beautiful scenery. They served a very nice full breakfast, cooked to order, and we watched the birds feeding in the gardens as we ate.

We travelled as a group of young people to take part in a charity event. We arrived to a warm welcome from both Trudi and David who made us feel like we had met them before. Trudi showed us our rooms and then left us to it. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt very homely. David was on hand to offer recommendations about where to visit in town and took time to explain how to get the best of our stay. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Freshly cooked local produce was on offer and David kept us topped up with toast and coffee. We wouldn't hesitate staying again if we visited Pitlochry in the future, thanks for a great weekend.

Thank you for such nice comments. We do try our best to make everyone feel at home. It was lovely to have 4 such pleasant young people stay with us. We hope you managed to raise the money you expected for your charity. Good luck with your studies from both of us.

i was on the A9 and saw the sign for Pitlochry and pulled to llok for a bed for the night after a very long week.
id not gone 100meters into town and saw a bright sign, B&B Bikers welcome, with a picture of a guy on road bike with his knee down.
Perfect, that'll do me.
I was instantly greated by the proprieter and his wife who were happy to chat about my travels, I was offered a garage for the bike and a place to dry my riding gear before i'd even checked in.
This is the ideal b&b for a travelling motorcyclist that wants a homely quiet place to rest and the twisty roads in the area are an excellent way to spend a weekend exploring. The breakfast was bang on and large, lasted me most of the day on the bike.
Definitly a great spot for a weekend road riding sojourn from Edinburgh etc.

Thank you for your comments. We have had problems on our biking travels booking into B&Bs or trying to dry our gear. That is why we do our best to make sure we provide drying room and route guidance. Hopefully your travels will bring you our way again. Ride safe.

Silverhowe is a nice B and B in Pitlochry. Trudi and David are great hosts and suggest things to do in their village. The room was clean, comfy and well-appointed. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruits, cereal, and cooked breakfast as well. The setting is lovely, with lots of local birds feeding just outside the breakfast room and lounge. We took in a night of Highland music and dancing, which was fun and enjoyable. A pleasant stay in Pitlochry!

Thank you for your review. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and pleased we could help suggest things to see and do as well as routes to travel. We are maybe biased but we also love Pitlochry and are so glad when our visitors enjoy it too. Hopefully we will meet up again.

Spent a night at the B&B after a week walking and camping in the wild and couldn't have asked for more. Very friendly, welcoming hosts. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden. Great breakfast. David and Trudi provide a haven for any wet and weary biker, walker or cyclist!
Would definately recommend.
