“A welcome stop”
Reviewed 8 May 2013

Whenever we visit Perthshire, we try to do the Garry Bridge - Pitlochry - Garry Bridge walk. This takes in the lovely Loch Faskally, where the Boat Station sits on the shore. It is a welcome stop and we have always enjoyed a great mug of coffee and scrumptious carrot cake .. big smile just thinking about it :-D

“Smoke gets in your eyes!”
Reviewed 20 April 2013 via mobile

Lovely food and location and kids love feeding the ducks (50p a bag). However when they cook bacon etc the smoke from the kitchen comes into the cafe.

“Nice cosy little cafe”
Reviewed 10 November 2012

We stopped at the cafe after doing a walk around Loch Faskally and up to Garry bridge. The cafe was nice and cosy, with a selection of nice cakes and coffee/teas. Some of the mugs could be replaced (mine had a slight chip in it), and the place was smelling of fried bacon (presumably someone had asked for a bacon roll or full scottish breakfast) before. Nice little place though for a quick stop after a long walk!

Great little cafe, lovely tea and coffee and thefood looked good, I bought a couple of bags of duck food and it is so good to do as the ducks come right up to you looking for more.

“Nice we place for a cuppa”
Reviewed 10 October 2012

Slightly outside Pitlochry but at least it meant it was a bit quieter. Not quite very good but it was good. Tea & cake was nice, sandwiches and soup looked nice. I loved the fact that they sold food for the ducks outside - nice touch.
