Brought family here to experience Scottish hospitality and visit Pitlochry area.
Had 8 guests and was told the restaurant would have no problem accommodating us for Dinner. When we tried to get dinner we were faced with the rudest manager I have encountered anywhere in the world. We could not get served at the hotel and had to go into town to eat.
Embarrassing example of how a premier resort should not be managed.
