Just returned from 2 nights in the Fisher hotel. Room was spotless clean, breakfast was excellent - good choice and staff were friendly and efficient. Did not have Dinner but overheard people saying that they had an excellent meal. We will be back.

For £82.00 Bed & Breakfast, I expected the room to been in a better condition. Door frame looked as though it had been forced open at some point. Window frame needed to be looked at and the room was constantly hot which meant that you had to open the window which did not stay open.

Stayed at the Fisher's hotel and for a few days this week and really enjoyed our visit. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly .All the staff in the dining room were very attentive during our meal,Colin the head waiter was very good and has the place running like clockwork.Pitlochery is a lovely place to visit ,the shop-keepers are so friendly.I will definately be back to visit.

Room Tip: Ihad a room at the front of the hotel, from the window you can see all that's going on.At night a...

Unfortunately due to my friend taking ill, we had to cancel the remainder of our stay at The Fisher's Hotel. The receptionist was most helpful and only charged for the nights we stayed. We had also booked for the theatre and I gave her the tickets, asking if she could pass them on to someone. She offered to sell them for me and managed to get more than half the price back for me. I received the money today. I have stayed before at the hotel and will certainly be staying there again

We are just back from an overnight stay at Fishers Hotel. I was slightly worried after reading some other reviews but my worries turned out to be unfounded. We checked in and were directed to our room. The room was a good size and had a large modern bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy and there was nothing to complain about with our room. The hotel itself is also very nice and in a fantastic location. It was ideal for us as we were going to the Enchanted Forest and the bus picks up from the front door of the hotel. It is very central, surrounded by lovely restuarants, pubs and shops. Our only complaint was the breakfast. We ordered a full english and it was disappointing. It seemed to have been sitting a while and was rather dry and tasteless, we left most of it. There was also a continental breakfast buffet which may have been better. Overall though, it was a great hotel for our stay and the breakfast was the only down point.

Room Tip: We obviously had a recently decorated room and bathroom, so following on from previous reviews it ma...

glad i didnt listen to whinging people.just back from fishers after two night break.arrived to smiling pleasant cheerfull girls on reception told us where to go to room and booked us in for dinner.when arriving to room expected doors to be hanging of and to be dirty.whingers would have been disapointed the rooms were spotless.the room was warm bed made up in white sheets and duvet cover the furniture was not at all dated.the bathroom was was also nice and clean with towels on a heated towel rail.the only thing my husband didnt like was the green tiles on wall(hes a rangers man).we had a lovely view of garden and train station but didnt here the trains.the meals were lovely nicely presented and were hot.the staff from chambermaids to waiters to management were very polite and nothing was any trouble to them.i praise them very highly.we went to the enchanted forest which was very good.we are planning to back next year with grandkids and will definatley be staying at the fishers.well done all at fishers give yourselves a pat on the back.

Room Tip: ground floor over looking garden nice and quite

My Daughter Mrs Sandra Gordon treated me to this trip, we arrived mid afternoon on 19th October and were directed to our room within minutes the reception staff were extremely helpfull. i hadn;nt had lunch but the Kingfisher Bar served me one of the best sandwiches ever obviousley freshly prepared. Our evening meals were equally delicious, the staff attentive and friendly. I appreciated the attention given to all the children there for the Enchanted Forest the staff at all levels treated them as people and ignored the mischief which is natural.. In all kids. Another point I would like to make is Breakfasts were cooked to order and not a Buffet help yourself . In all it was a delighful weekend despite the lack of taxis to take an octogenarion to the Festival Theater (Not the fault of the Hotel)
