Hotel is in the centre of town which could be a bonus for some, but parking at the hotel is very limited. Room was much larger than I expected. Well decorated and very clean. Breakfast on the first morning was disappointing, but much better on our second day. We had dinner once on the deal we booked, and food was very good with generous portions.
There are lots of places to eat close by if you don't want to eat in the hotel.
Staff were very polite and friendly. Complementary drink at check in was nice touch.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your nice comments on trip advisor. I do understand there had been some issues beyond our control on your first breakfast morning, however it is good to see these where rectified by your second morning. Look forward to welcoming you back in the very near future.

Arrived for a 2 night stay at Fishers. First impressions were great, reception staff really friendly and room exceeded our expectations, great size room and lovely decoration. Let down by breakfast on the first morning, were sat at a table with no cutlery and waited 8 minutes for this to arrive, toast station very messy, not very appealing, breakfast was good, perhaps more variety in the cooked area rather than just a fried breakfast I.e Eggs Benedict or omelette? Overall had a lovely stay and would recommend Fishers to other people

Our room had all necessary amenities but was very small so a bit cramped. The buffet breakfasts were excellent. The forest and dried fruit with porridge was wonderful. We enjoyed the haggis with breakfast. A nice addition. Our evening meals were very good, potato a bit sparse on our first night, but the other evenings were fine. A good variety to choose from. The food was all very well cooked. The staff were all very helpful.

I arrived early at noon on Monday and explained that I getting the bus to Aberfeldy and walking back to Pitlochry, arriving about 5. Leaving my car in their car park was no problem. When I arrived to check in at 5, I was warmly greeted and given a dram to celebrate. My single room was great, large and comfy and with a big enough shower room for me to stretch out on the floor on the lovely cool tiles to stretch my sore back (this is amazing, most en suites are tiny). My bar meal at night was average but the breakfastin the morning was fab. I'll be back and I will recommend to friends who walk.

Room Tip: Greggs delivery lorry arrives at 5.30, get a room at the back if possible.

Visited the Fishers hotel with friends as we had booked a show at the festival theatre.

We had originally booked bed and breakfast but when we were told on arrival that if we opted for the three course dinner menu we would receive a free bottle of wine per couple, we decided to eat in house.

The food was tasty and well presented and of a better standard than you would expect from a three star hotel. All four of us enjoyed what we had and the free wine went down a treat.

All the staff we encountered were most helpful and friendly.

The room was as expected, clean comfortable and met our needs adequately. We had a large window which overlooked the gardens which was a bonus.

The hotel was really busy at breakfast, the dining rooms were buzzing and I thought we would have to wait to be served but the staff were so efficient and helpful we were seated and served immediately. The choice and quality on offer for breakfast exceeded our expectations. I have experienced lower standards at a few five star establishments I have visited over the past couple of years where providing breakfast for large groups of people can be quite chaotic.

The hotel itself has a lovely ambience and still retains the feel of past grandeur but with all the modern touches expected from today’s traveller.

Pitlochry is one of my favourite places to visit in Scotland and we would definitely return to the Fishers Hotel.

Thank you for taking the time in posting your feedback. We do advertise we have limited hotel parking also the area you mention you where asked to move from is designated in-case of emergency's. The hotel does advertise that we do have live music on the weekend evenings and all guests are invited to attend and does run for a period of three hours.

Booked a weekend break with friends to this hotel. On booking we were advised that there was only twin rooms available, I asked to be upgraded and was advised were upgraded to a better room with a king size be. This cost an extra £40 per couple. I was very disappointed to see that were put in a basic room with a kingsize bed. The meal on the Friday night was poor, fish was over cooked. The breakfast was not the best with limited choice from the cold plate.
On a brighter note staff were very pleasant and done everything they could to help.
Over all disappointed.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your feedback on trip advisor. We have passed your comments onto the chef with regards to your dinner. We do offer a large breakfast buffet with many different options to cater for nearly everybody and if it is not on the buffet and we are asked for something specific we try our best to cater for this.
