I had dinner here with my husband and my brother and I still haven't decided if I would go back or not.
The Moulin Inn is completely charming. It is exactly the kind of pub any tourist would love to stumble upon; low ceilings, dark wood and assorted clutter on all the wall. There are proper fires and the place is dog friendly - hill walkers dream!
We were served at the bar relatively quickly (for drinks and food) and didn't have too long to wait for the starters. I had the mussells to start with then macaroni cheese. I wasn't totally blown away by the food but it certainly filled a hole! My brother ( who is a chef) had the curry and commented that it tasted a little burnt (maybe he is being picky?) and my husband seemed pretty satisfied with his meal. I found the prices to be completely reasonable - a little cheaper actually than what I was expecting and service was pretty good.
I would happily visit again but I wasn't really bowled over by.
