Beautiful house immaculately kept and beautifully furnished and appointed. Very handy for all the Pitlochry attractions. Warm and welcoming hosts - biker friendly with secure parking. Breakfast was very good. Not the cheapest, but excellent value for money.

Gretta & Douglas made us most welcome in their lovely b&b. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed watching the birds at the feeder form our window. Seeing so many siskins was a first for us. Craigroyston House is perfectly situated for exploring Pitlochry, Douglas advised us on a lovely evening stroll. The lounge with its log fire was such a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of tea on our arrival. We would certainly return.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Craigroyston several times now and I feel compelled to share my experiences.

Each time, I have stayed in a different room. Each has been immaculate, beautifully decorated and certainly spacious. The dining room is delightful and the breakfast ticks all boxes. The location can't be faulted- it is in the centre of town.

The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area and I can't imagine staying elsewhere.
