Very generous portions, delightful staff fabulous cold drinks with cold glasses and just the right amount of ice to make and keep a chilled drink cold. The pint of Cobra beer ordered by colleague had looked enticingly chilled and thirst quenching after our long walk.
The pashwari Naan breads are really good . Pilau rice was delicately flavoured and I ordered Jalfrezzi chicken curry which was really well flavoured and well prepared.
The chicken pakora were light, lightly spiced and served with a pakora sauce which was delicious.
Well worth vista whilst in Pitlochry .

Excellent menu, great service, made a drink for me that wasn't on the menu - small thing, but makes all the difference.
Very large portions - if you are having starters, I would suggest sharing a main.
Highly recommended.

Great service, tasty food. Slightly overpriced. I had chicken tikka masala (asked to be spicy otherwise can be bland) and was creamy and coconut infused. Naan bread was peshwari & again coconutastic. Cobra beer as expected. £10.95 for chicken tikka masala plus £ 2.95 naan plus £3.50 mushroom pilau rice. Overall recommended .

I'm used to Indian restaurants providing exciting flavours and good, clean tastes. The "Prince of India" was a bit below the bar in this respect. Nothing wrong with the food - just not as interesting as you might hope for. They also assumed that my overpayment was a tip and didn't offer me my change. They were correct, but it's nice to have a tip acknowledged.
