The pluses of this hotel were equally matched by downsides on this occasion. The hotel has a sweetheart relationship with Flying Scot car parks so we dropped our car off there first (good discount) and used their shuttle bus to get to the hotel. It was extremely busy and the receptionist struggled to find our second room booking and also tried to charge us for Wi-Fi use, only telling us the first 30 minutes was free anyway after making a mess of trying to charge us. Get the plot, guys, Wi-Fi should be free anyway!
We were then told that the restaurant was full and offered little assistance which wasn't great after a long drive and with a hungry 5 year old in tow. Thankfully another staff member stepped in and took charge, offering us a free table in the bar - no idea why staff member number 1 didn't think of this. All went ok then until the kitchen forgot to prepare the child's meal. They did produce some chips but by the time her meal came she was exhausted and couldn't eat it. No offer to remove it from the bill despite the error. Overall the staff were ok but well short of the fab reviews some have given here!
The rooms are fine but there's no aircon and no fan and if it's warm, you don't want to open the window as that allows the motorway noise in (totally quiet with the window closed). Ask for a room at the far end of the corridor to cut out fire door slamming and noisy passing guests.
It's only a five minute walk to the terminal although not ideal if it is raining. We'd dropped the car off the night before to max the relaxation in the morning but would definitely have regretted that if it had been pouring and there was adequate parking at the hotel had we done it the other way round.
So, try for a room at the far end of your corridor, ask for fan if it's warm, book the restaurant well in advance and check the weather forecast before leaving your car with Flying Scot the night before!

Room Tip: Far end of the corridor to minimise noise.

Catriona and I spent a night here recently prior before a flight to Madeira.
After an initial mix-up regarding secure car parking accommodation, we were welcomed as guests and given first rate treatment including free drinks and snacks vouchers plus free breakfast vouchers for the next morning. They also up-graded our room.
Well done Premier Inn staff.
We can recommend this place.

My husband and I used the hotel with another couple before we flew to Florida. We found the hotel extremely comfortable and very friendly. The staff kindly described the easiest route and printed off a map to help us find our airport car parking. They could not have been more helpful. The food in the restaurant was fairly average but the service was good. The rooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. We will definately use the hotel again.

I fly back and forth between Glasgow and Los Angeles a lot but live approx 3 hours from Glasgow by car (which I dont have) and much longer by bus, so before I fly out I stay here. Extremely comfortable beds, a full hot breakfast and helpful friendly staff make the pre-flight slump more bearable. I always have a good nights sleep and the location cant be beat. You can easily walk from the hotel to the airport (or the bus terminals to go to the bus depot or train station, not to mention Buchanan Galleries and all the other shopping spots.) In general, I honestly think I wouldn't mind staying here even if I didn't have a flight. Its convenient and a bit more out of the way all at the same time. I love this hotel.

Great location near airport, very clean and comfortable. Excellent service, lovely breakfast, large family room. Very quiet not affected by noise from airport, would definitely use this hotel again if returning from holiday to glasgow airport. Our flight back from Kos was late evening, and the helpful staff opened the bar so we could enjoy one drink. Very comfortable large bed and nice shower.
