Stunning location and lots to see and keep the kids busy. Not to expensive either. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and the ground aree great especially for the kids. Enjoyed the tour of the house and the views are lovely.

We've visited Culzean Castle on a number of occasions and each time we have come away with a smile on our face and the want to go back asap.

The castle and grounds are stunning and the views over the Firth of Clyde are breathtaking. Unfortunately when we visited it was raining but we didn't let that dampen our spirits and if anything the low cloud and heavy mist made for even more dramatic views/photo opportunities. There is quite a bit of walking involved but that tends to be the norm with these large stately estates, for example its a 25 minute walk from the Visitor Centre to the Swan Lake however you can drive down as there are numerous parking areas dotted around the park.

We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful grounds, stunning castle, lovely for a picnic. Lots to do, there is a lovely adventure park for children and a beautiful swan park too.

We try to get to Culzean at least a few times each year. It really is an almost perfect day out. Yesterday we parked at the adventure playground, headed to the beach for an hour, then back up to the pond area for a picnic, finally back up to the castle grounds for a wander about. The kids were tired out, so mission accomplished! It would be fairly pricey for non NTS members but our family membership is absorbed by a couple of visits to Culzean, and then there are the hundreds of other day trips to NTS sites on offer!
