Friendly service, lovely garden to enjoy in the sunshine, very clean, very accommodating, good value for money, would definitely stay again if ever ended up in Ayr. About 10 minutes walk from station.

Room Tip: Room 4 was ensure with a good view of the garden, quiet too. If I was very critical the shower room...

Stayed here for one night and were greeted by the owner who was lovely. Showed us up to the room which was massive and seemed clean.
I do have 2 downsides though. Firstly, when I booked I asked if taking a baby would be a problem which the person replied no. Whilst it may not have been a problem to them, we were put on the third floor and the last flight if stairs was extremely narrow making getting baby in carrycot up the stairs far too tricky. Not a suitable room and if we were told about it we would have booked somewhere else.

Secondly, the mattress on the bed (there were 3 beds in this room) was terrible. One side had a dramatic dip in it to the point where I had to sleep in another bed to my wife and we both woke up rather achey!

But all in all it was a relatively pleasant stay.

I stayed here for one night in 2014, and couldn't find a fault with it. Location is perfect, room was perfect, everything was perfect :)

Lovely owners, the place was spotless, only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town and only five minutes from the beach. We were able to park our car round the back as well which was a nice surprise.

Stayed here on and off for best part of 2 years while working in Ayrshire. I really can't fault it at all, very good accommodation, clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast delicious! ample off road parking and nice grounds to sit in when weather permits.

Owner and family very friendly and make you feel more than welcome. Saying it again I cant fault this b&b.

Room Tip: All rooms spot on, slept in them all :)

We visited for an overnight for my friends 40th. We were greeted by William and his two beautiful daughters Nieve and Freya. Our room was spotless and the Victorian House is stunning.

Everything was exceptional, Service was fantastic and breakfast delicious. We will certainly be returning.

Thank you for your hospitality.
