“even rabbie would visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2014

all the staff were great happy to help nothing to much trouble,17 in the party we all agreed it was a great day out,we had a lovely 2 course lunch with tea and coffee no complaints from anyone, national trust Scotland members pay no entry fee ,concessions £6:50 ticket valid for 3 days.the only down side was the lighting in the museum which made it difficult to read some of the displays, the gardens were beautiful and the climb to the top of the monument if you can manage it is worth it,we had a sunny day and it was great to walk through the gardens over to the brig'o doon bridge.evelyn at the small garden shop was so helpful and informative, worth while to go into the church to see the fantastic stainglass windows.if you have walking difficulties there is a buggy to take you part of the way to burns cottage.
