We stopped in on some local advice regarding their pie... wow, amazing, surprising for a bakery they serve a load of great meals. Worth the stop, there was a fair sized line but it went quickly.

We originally bought sandwiches at the Safeway across from Sharks Cove but was told about Ted's so we went the next day. I did not have the shrimp but others in my party did and raved how wonderful it was. We all ordered the plate lunch with the cream pie and it was delicious! Cant wait to return on our next visit.

This bakery was the perfect spot for us to grab breakfast and coffees before our adventure packed day. Get there when they open and there won’t be a long line. Breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon buns, couldn’t ask for more!!!

North shore was really one of our favorite places on our Hawaï trip: laid back, lush and some great food. Our breakfasts at Ted’s were good to delicious. Not everything is so great let’s be clear, but it is always good. However I give an excellent rating for two products that were clearly outstanding and my kids and I still dream about.
First is the cinnamon bun. It is more a tall and fluffy cinnamon brioche dough and wow, so soft and simply delicious.
Second is the chocolate haupia cream pie. They trap you into it because when you order your food they show on a screen how they make it. So we are weak and did not resist to try. OMG, it was really really delicious. Of course it is rich so don’t overestimate your capacity, but the combination between the chocolate ganache and the coconut cream custard is pure magic.
