Cecilia was a wonderful hostess. She treated us like family. Her home baking was lovely. Our room was lovely and clean . So much attention was given to us.it was wonderful! We felt we had made a friend and were sad to say goodbye. A lovely B&B , a lovely hostess and a lovely stay in Ireland.
Hopefully it's not the last Cecelia has seen of us !

We were 5 persons and all agreed unanimously- this was the best hospitality ever! Cecilia made it feel like home and her reception was warming and caring. We were welcomed with tea and wonderful cake. The rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious (includind homemade jam and bread). If you are visiting lovely Blareney castle and gardens, don't miss Cecilia's B & B. You will not regret it!

Cecilia truly makes you feel like family. Well, she treats you better than family. :). Greeting us with a delicious rhubarb crumble and tea and then visiting with us like we were old friends. My Mother had stayed with Cecilia 19 years ago with my Dad and two of their dear friends. My Mom had such fond memories that when she offered to take my daughter and I to Ireland, we were delighted to see that she was still running her B & B.

When she was asking us what we would like for breakfast the next morning, I jokingly replied, "rhubarb crisp sounds good". To our delight, when we came to the beautifully set table the next morning, there were little bowls of rhubarb crisp, for our starter, for breakfast. Her food was delicious, her openness to us after working in this business for so many years, was wonderful. You could tell she was born to run a B & B.

Forget about kissing the Blarney Stone, and make an effort to stay at Cecilia's B & B. You'll know you've met a new friend. We only wished we could have stayed longer. 2 nights was not long enough.

This B&B is the best we’ve ever stayed at. Cecilia (our host) was extremely nice and supplied us with freshly baked cakes in the afternoon and freshly baked Irish soda bread in the morning. Her Irish breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip through the country. The rooms were very cozy and spotlessly clean. We learned a lot about Ireland from Cecilia. She gave us good advice for our journey. Her warm hospitality made us feel extremely welcome. We will be happy to stay there again any time, if we make it to this area of Ireland in the future.

What to say! We arrived late for our first night in Ireland but Cecilia welcomed us so nicely with the most delicious coffee cake and drink!! the rooms are quite big, cute and really clean with all you need! The Irish breakfast was the best for my friends as for me who do not like salty stuff in the morning she prepared delicious french toast , scones and so much more!!!
Cecilia is the perfect host!
Please do not hesitate one second this is one of the best B&B in Ireland thanks to Cecilia!
and if you read this Cecilia we wish you all the best me, my friend and aunts!

Staying at Claragh for 2 nights in June was a wonderful experience. Cecilia's hospitality is top-notch and she makes you feel immediately welcome. It is outside of Blarney village, so a car is really a must. Our ensuite room was smallish but more that adequate and the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed here the first part of June. Just outside Blarney in the country side which means peace and quiet with no loud traffic noises or bar/restaurant noise. Cecilia Keily is a "people person" and you feel welcome immediately. Very comfortable, clean, room and lounge area. Beautiful little breakfast room. The next morning my full breakfast was so pretty on the plate I didn't want to disturb it. Delicious though and I left nothing but the china. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed our room with private bath. Comfortable bed, great price, and Cecilia all make it a nice place to stay when visiting Blarney. You do have other choices and we looked around before chosing Claragh. A couple of expensive hotels in the area, noisy rooms above bars and restaurants, and other B&B's most of which are on main traffic roads. Remember, no AC any where often means an open window on a warm evening so we liked hearing the birds rather than the cars and trucks. The really best part about Claragh B&B is that when you leave, rather than just another B&B stay, you feel like you made a new friend. Our best to Cecila.
