Description: A menu with the ultimate ingredients creating amazingly high quality food, large portions cooked fresh and just bloody good value for money! It’s truly a phenomenon. Lending itself to the hand built and constructed burgers and pizzas, to the pasta, steaks, fish and chicken dishes all cooked with love and care, as well as house baked cakes, bread, desserts and savories, ‘you like, we cook!’ With its design and a décor of moods from the old and quirky! There’s a magical harmony of fantastic real home made cuisine with realistic prices. Our super friendly, and may I add, happy staff are only too pleased to help sort out any queries or dietary needs. We must be doing something right as many of the key staff have been with us since the day we opened; indeed Jessica was almost made in the bakery having started with us as a young student and now a manager 15 years on!

I have spent the last 3 days in cork city and have dined in Scoozis each day. This is by far the nicest restaurant I have ever eaten in. The decor is amazing, food excellent and the staff are so pleasant and friendly. A big Thank you to Aisha, Laura and Emily who served me and were so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Scoozis and look forward to a return visit.

Regularly visit Scoozi and always a great meal each time. Usually long queues but staff turn around the tables quickly so you’re never waiting longer than 15 mins or so and it’s definitely worth the wait. Always recommend the chicken wings and lasagne, and if you get chips, order a side portion of pepper sauce for dipping - it’s divine!! Desserts are great too; especially the banoffi. Setting is nice and informal, prices are reasonable and special mention to the manager Danny who is always so welcoming.

I love the food here but the queues can be a bit too much! Also it’s quite packed inside. Worth a visit though

Two diners going to theatre arrived at 18:45 - 45 mins from ordering to main course.

We should have known when having sat down outside we had to ask for a menu. The deliverer of our starter had to ask if it was for us but the starter was good and as calamari goes it was tender - the house red was pretty good value - however main courses were late and of very poor quality. We were getting ready to leave when they finally arrived.

The hamburger was over cooked and dry with a token few leaves and nothing else. The spicy chicken salad was drowned in dressing and soared into mediocrity as it progressed. The French fries were industrial and nothing special.

For what it cost at €57.70 for one starter, a half carafe of house red, two mediocre at best mains and no apology for the delay Mc Donald’s around the corner is way better value.

Don’t queue for 30 mins - it really is not worth it.
