Staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was that the WiFi would not work for the first day, but an engineer was called in to fix it on day two, so no cause for complaint there. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. We would certainly return if in the area again.

Stayed in one of the apartments for 3 nights and had an enjoyable stay. Clean & comfortable, well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of the city. Free parking was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Would opt for a room at the back of the building to get away from the traffic noise

A perfect location--very close to the city centre, parks and for getting out to west Cork if you have a car. The young lady on reception was very helpful. The rooms were nice and modern. The kitchen was good and the kids loved the Tvs in each room. Could not get wifi to work.

I would stay here again next time I am in Cork.

We spent 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was recently renovated so everything was new. Very spacious living room and kitchen, good sized bedroom and small but adequate bathroom. Very well equipped - perfect for a longer term stay for someone who needs to be close to the University. The place is literally across the street from the entrance to the University.

The wifi was a bit weak. There was ample parking in the rear. Easy walk to pubs and restaurants.

I've stayed on one of the apartments for 30+ days. Felt it was very confortable, there was cleaning service almost every day that would make the bed, change towels, remove trash and lightly clean the apartament. Utensils wise, it's fairly equipped. Had some problems with the TV which, though not rapidly taken care, it was well handed by the staff. Other than UCC, though, location is not the best feature: closest supermarkets around 10min walk, 20min to city centre, 30min to train station. If ever back in Cork, I wouldn't have any problems staying here again.

Room Tip: Be aware that front rooms may suffer from street noise with open windows.
