My husband and I stayed at the Imperial for 2 nights. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and no request was too small for the hotel. They helped me organise dinner reservations, along with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as a surprise after dinner. This is our third time staying at the Imperial and out of all the hotels we have stayed in it is one of our top 2. The Pembroke Restaurant is amazing. The food and wine is gorgeous and the staff so friendly. We also had spa treatments during the weekend as well. I couldn't recommend the Imperial enough! Our favourite thing is the late check-out. We got to have breakfast and head back up for a mid morning nap!! Its perfect if you want to spend the weekend at the spa or just shopping around town. I look forward to spending many more anniversaries at the Imperial.

HANDY is the word.
In the city for a night at the theatre.
Best price and location you could ask for.
On prvious visits to Cork I availed of the bar (Jazz Fest) and loved it.
Haven't eaten here yet but will as the plasce has the feel of a well run establishment
Thanks

We recently had a great stay here; friendly staff- good start; lovely cozy room-dark, yes- but at the quiet side of hotel which suits us-bed, fabulous; lovely cafe for tasty bite; and finally on our return (late at night) a warm residents bar with a chirpy bar-man to end a great day.

We had our second stay this weekend at the Imperial Hotel and it has reinforced our love of this hotel! We stayed here 2 years ago and loved how central it is. It is also so nice to stay in a place that has such fabulous character and charm. We were delighted to return and had a voucher for the weekend. There was a mix up with checking in and the payment hold was put on our debit card. Emma in reception really was fantastic in helping to sort this out and she couldn't have been more helpful. We look forward to returning here again and can't thank Emma enough for her help.

When i booked the Imperial Hotel as a surprise for my brother on his low key wedding day i did not expect the welcome and accommodating attitudes from each and every member of staff. From the time i brought my surprises and trinkets into the hotel for the wedding couple until the time they checked out there was nothing that the staff didn't do for us, From all the hotels that i have been too and especially in our own City this was the most enjoyable experience i have ever had. Thank you so much to all the Receptionists, Bar Staff and of course the Pembroke restaurant staff. The service that was provided really made an exceptional difference to my brothers wedding day. This hotel comes highly recommended. Thanks again!

Dear Tipperary Sandy,

Thank you for choosing to stay with us recently at the Imperial Hotel.

I am disappointed to read your review on trip advisor and I regret that we were not given an opportunity to change your bedroom during your recent stay with us as we could have possibly moved you to another hotel bedroom.

I do hope that you will consider a return visit to the Imperial Hotel the next time you are in Cork.

Hi there, Just back from a relaxing stay in the Imperial Hotel. When initially trying to book hotel over the internet the website would not accept my visa card,so I had to ring to complete transaction. The helpful receptionist immediately offered us an upgrade to a superior room, which was really appreciated. As it happened our bedroom suite was modern and pleasant , with an up to date washbasin, efficient shower, dinky bath and up market toiletries. We had wifi and flatscreen television and a nice selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. Unfortunately the view from our window was of a carpark, but everything else was spot-on.Next morning's buffet breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel of this calibre, with special attention by very professional staff. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Patrick Street, yet quiet. We certainly will come back again.
