This old world hotel catered for all our needs, amazing location only a short stroll in the high heels into the hot spots of the city! Rooms were spacious and bed was so comfy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent a wonderful Saturday night in this charming hotel with a group of ladies. You can't beat the location, for amazing food and night life. The rooms aren't high luxury, but the bed was comfortable and clean. Loved the guests bar, it was a perfect meet up point for our group after a lively night on the town. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed here on a "two nights b&b with one dinner" package in May. What a great choice!

On arrival we were advised that there was a wedding in the hotel that day and there would be some noise into the early hours. We were offered to downgrade for a discount from the superior room we had booked to a standard room which would be quieter. We chose to stick to our original room and to be honest we heard very little and our sleep was not disturbed at all. Having the choice was appreciated, though, and this customer service set the standard for our stay.

Our room was very comfortable. There was only one robe in the room, and also no mirror near the fixed hairdryer. These issues were resolved within minutes of a phone call to reception. Very impressive.

The meal we ate in the Pembroke Restaurant was amazing. My gluten-free diet was catered for with no hesitation (in fact everywhere in Ireland seems to be on the ball in this respect).

The hotel is in a brilliant location, steps away from shops, restaurants and bars with great entertainment.

We loved Cork, and will return to this amazing city and to the Imperial Hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Imperial last Friday night. The location is superb if you want to be centrally located, near all the shops, restaurants & bars. We got a warm & friendly reception on arrival. The room was spacious & very clean and we had a delicious breakfast the next morn with plenty of choice. We really enjoyed our stay :)
