Stayed here for a weekend and had a relaxing time.
Room was a bit odd with phsychedelic lights changing colours on ceiling, ( I guess it made a change from the usual). It was clean and had the usual necessities, also tea/coffee station. It was the "standard" room. Maybe worth going for the superior instead as the standard is quiet small.
Having said that I wasn't there to stay in the room all weekend and found the hotel a good base to explore Cork from. Some of the public areas (the stairs in particular) were a bit dirty. Hotel was busy on the weekend. Breakfast and evening meal in the bar were good.
