Third time staying in this hotel and had a comfortable time. The car parking is a bit quirky & it would be helpful if the owners would ALWAYS advise visitors that car parking is extra and that you have to collect a special fob to get in to the car park (that is not connected to the hotel), so check in and check out can be a bit awkward. Also note that the actual hotel entrance is off the street under an arch, which may confuse first timers.
Check in on this occasion was a delight & the receptionist most friendly and helpful; the room on the third floor was modern and had all the basics (except for shower caps, but I suspect this was a one off). Continental breakfast was really lovely, as it was Sunday morning a few more newspapers in the dining room would have been nice. Overall a lovely hotel in quite a central location and I shall return.
