I have over many years used Tripadvisor, to look & book, i have been very lucky, with work that i have been able to stay in some wonderful hotels around the world, but no hotel has ever pushed me far enough to write a review.
Well Harvey's Point, has just pushed me over the edge.
From the moment my wife and i arrived we could not find fault, they just do everything right, from the genuine smiles to the attention to detail that is in everything they do, they just do it right.
We were just so impressed so much so we booked a break in between Xmas and new year can't wait!
Would just like to say well done all at Harvey's Point

Room Tip: Ask for an upgrade its worth it.

Booked a short stay at Harvey's to see what it was like after numerous recommendations. Stayed in a ground floor Exec Room with Dusty our small dog - absolutely fantastic! Small hallway, then kitchen area with large bathroom off - 3 washbasins, large circular bath and walk in shower. 2 queen beds and then seating area with larger flat screen TV. Bar food good. Walks and scenery totally lovely.

We cannot recommend this enough and will definitely be back.

Room Tip: Try and book either executive, deluxe or premier.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to stay, when we noticed a sign for Harveys Point. It is well off the beaten track, but what a gem, wonderful gardens, an abundance of wildlife, and just a stunning hotel. We booked in, the staff were warm and friendly, and the room was excellent. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was out of this world. I cant praise the hotel enough, I would go out of my way to stay again, thank you. SHEILA SMITH.

Stayed here for 2 nights, arrived on saturday.
Friendly manned desk (forgot her name) and porter
First night perfect diner (loved the mackerel) should have kissed the chef(fin)
and good humor from the sommelier (german/turkish origin)
Lot's of room in the room, nice big tv screen, very clean spacious bathroom.
There was also a wedding, perfectly organized and didn't hinder/noiseated the other guests.

2nd night also perfect diner.
The drinks in the bar are standard prices.

And for the after service, i forgot my macbook Magsafe Power Adapter, after 1 e-mail and response it arrived at my home on friday.

regards.
Very good hotel, recommended sincerely 2 other 1's
